Download the “Driving Readiness Screen”.  This original compilation of elements needed to ensure an individual is equipped to pass a driving assessment. This can also prompt the referral for driving rehabilitation by qualified professionals. This is a specialized area of occupational therapy and true driving rehabilitation should be conducted by driving rehabilitation specialists.
