Can I be reimbursed by my insurance carrier if I pay out of pocket?
You can contact the insurance company independently to see if they can reimburse you for some of the services. Buffalo Occupational Therapy is no longer calling/contacting/acting as a liason/contracting with insurance companies.
Late Cancelation / No Show Fee
If you are 15 minutes late or more there is a $50 charge
If you cancel for any reason within 24 hours, this is treated as a no show and there is a fee of $50
