Buffalo Occupational Therapy’s outpatient rehabilitation program can meet the needs of a variety of individuals diagnosed with one of many conditions. Although this is not a complete list of conditions we treat, the follow diagnoses and ailments give you a good idea of what types of conditions we treat. We understand that each individuals faces different symptoms and although you may share the same diagnoses as another person, your approach to rehabilitation will be unique to you.

Do we accept Referrals?

Buffalo Occupational Therapy accepts self-referrals through

direct access as well as referrals and prescriptions for 

occupational therapy services from medical providers, 

specialists, and Chiropractors. Because we know how 

important it is to get started in occupational therapy right

away, we work with our patients to obtain the necessary

signatures and referrals for maximum insurance coverage.
